Art and Craft competition
“Only two things are unfathomable in this world. A child’s brain. And the solution for the same”. Just as the school where we did the wall painting reopened, we held a musical activity to deepen and strengthen the bond with the kids. A week after that, we held an Art and Craft competition the outcome of which was even more surprising than what we thought of it to be. A blend of a tender heart and a thoughtful mind was clearly poured on the white sheet. Sensitive and in-trend topics like “Swachh Bharat” and “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” were allotted to the young minds and what we got in return is simply inexplicable. The winners announced were Rashmi, Kanika and Aastha in the 6th,7th and 8th class category respectively. Other winners included Sanchita Nand (Runner up from 7th class), and Kajal (Runner up from 8th class). The competition was already fiery but Pankaj (class 8th) set a whole new level with his power of words and pictures. Impressed by his uniqueness, we awarded him with a consolation prize. Winners were given a School Bag, a Sling bag and a pair of water bottle and geometry box. Other winners were awarded with hampers full of stationery items.
